Force USA Frequently Asked Questions

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier's name, contact information, and tracking number. Most orders are processed within approximately 24 hours. After processing, shipping typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, followed by an additional 1 to 7 days for delivery depending on your location. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within that window, contact Customer Support so we can check your order.

Shipping timelines are estimates and can change due to inventory availability, holidays, weekends, weather, distance, and carrier accessibility. If an item is backordered, we will provide an updated expected ship date when one is available. If it has been longer than two weeks without an update, contact Customer Support for an estimated timeline.

We cannot combine or modify orders after they have been placed. If you need another item, place a separate order or contact us as soon as possible before the original order ships.

Force USA provides free shipping on every order with no minimum purchase required. Sales tax may still apply. Additional shipping charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and other remote locations. See the Shipping Policy for complete details.

Items under 150 lb ship by UPS or FedEx and are delivered to the front of your residence. Items over 150 lb ship on a pallet by an LTL freight carrier and are delivered curbside at the end of your driveway. The freight carrier will call before delivery to schedule a window. The driver cannot assemble equipment or move it into your home or up stairs.

Inspect the shipment for damage and incorrect quantities before signing. Note any damage on the bill of lading, then contact Customer Support promptly with your order number and photos. Documenting damage at delivery helps protect the freight claim and allows us to start the resolution process.

Yes. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and other remote locations can be arranged, but additional charges apply. Contact Customer Support for availability and a shipping quote.

Professional assembly is available for eligible products and locations. Check the assembly options shown with the product or visit our Professional Assembly Service page. Assembly charges are not refundable after the service has been completed.

Some settling during initial use can be normal, but persistent binding, fraying, or uneven pulley travel should be inspected. Stop using the affected station if continued use could create a safety risk. Send Customer Support a short video and your order details so our team can diagnose the issue and determine whether adjustment or replacement parts are needed.

Report missing, defective, or damaged parts within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund under the return policy. After 30 days, product issues are handled under the applicable warranty. Contact Customer Support with your order number, the part number if available, and clear photos or video.

Force USA offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. All returns require advance approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization, also called an RMA. Review the Guarantee and Returns Policy before sending anything back.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and is deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and you are responsible for return shipping at the carrier's actual quoted rate. Products must be returned in like-new condition, in their original packaging, and secured to a pallet when originally delivered that way.

After the return reaches our warehouse, allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. The refund is then issued to the original payment method within 24 to 48 hours.

An order cannot be canceled after it leaves our warehouse. If an order is canceled after processing but before shipment, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order so we have the best chance of stopping it before processing.

If you refuse an order at delivery, you are responsible for the shipping and handling costs incurred in both directions. In most cases, accepting delivery and starting an approved return is the better option.

The warranty covers structural, cable, pulley, and workmanship defects when the product is used under normal conditions and properly maintained. It does not cover damage during transport or delivery, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, misapplication, or improper assembly. See the Warranty Policy for complete terms.

For qualifying home use, the standard warranty is lifetime coverage on the frame, 10 years on moving parts, and 1 year on upholstery and attachments. For eligible commercial equipment, the standard commercial warranty is limited lifetime coverage on the frame, 5 years on moving parts, and 6 months on upholstery and attachments.

Home-rated equipment used in a commercial setting is not covered by the home warranty. Using an eligible commercial product in a residential setting activates the applicable home warranty terms. Product-specific terms and exclusions are listed in the Warranty Policy.

The customer is responsible for freight charges associated with warranty repairs or replacement parts, subject to the complete Warranty Policy.

Submit a support request with your order number, the affected part, and clear photos or a short video. Many cable, pulley, and structural issues can be diagnosed remotely so the correct replacement part can be sent without returning the full unit.

Financing options, including Affirm where available, may be presented during checkout. Available terms and eligibility depend on the order and the financing provider.
