How do I get the Military/First Responder Discount?
Active and Veteran Military and First Responders (Police, Firefighter, EMTs) receive a 10% discount on orders $500 or more. Place your order and then email a scan of your ID or DD214 to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number to redeem your discount. Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
How much does it cost to ship?*
- Orders under $499.99 = $14.99
- Orders $500 - $1,499.99 = $49.99

Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska can be arranged by calling our customer service department at 385-557-2554. Additional shipping charges will apply.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within two business days. Shipping times can range from 7-14 business days via freight carrier. Most orders arrive within 7 business days.
Do you charge sales tax?

What is the warranty on Force USA products?
Please refer to specific product listings for detailed warranty information. Most products include a Lifetime Structural Warranty, 2 Year Warranty on moving parts including pulleys and cables, 90 Warranty on fabric.
What is the return process on Force USA?
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact email@example.com for return instructions. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If an item is defective we will replace or refund at no charge to you.
Do you have any retail locations?
All our products are sold exclusively online. If you’re located in the Salt Lake City area we’d be happy to have you drop by our offices to show you our products. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an appointment.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) as well as PayPal. We also offer "buy now pay later" financing through Affirm for as low as 0% APR financing.
