Can I Combine Orders or Add Items to My Order?

Unfortunately, we're not able to combine or modify any orders at this time.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?*

  • Apparel orders = FREE!

  • Orders under $199.99 = $24.00

  • Orders $200 - $499.99 = $49.00

  • Orders $500 - $999.99 = $99.00

  • Orders $1,000 - $1,999.99 = $149.00

  • Orders $2,000 - $2,999.99 = $249.00

  • Orders $3,000 - $3,999.99 = $349.00

  • Orders $4,000 or more = $399.00

How Does it Ship?

  • Items under 150 lbs. are shipped Parcel by either UPS or FedEx.

  • Items over 150 lbs. are shipped on a pallet by an LTL freight carrier, including SAIA, Estes Express, or R&L. 

How Does Shipping Work?**

  • Holiday Season Update: Once your order is received and processed, in-stock items are normally shipped within 5 business days due to elevated order volumes. 

  • Once shipped, most orders will be delivered in 5-7 business days within the Contiguous United States. It may take up to 10 business days depending on the time of year, weather, and your geographic location.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming the details of your shipment including the freight carrier's name, contact information, and tracking number.

  • In advance of delivering your order, the freight company will call you to schedule a time for delivery.

  • Destination times vary depending on weather, distance, and accessibility to your city. Some cities, including lower-populated areas, may require additional time because the carrier may have to transfer to a local carrier.

  • Shipping times are only estimated and not guaranteed. Times may fluctuate due to inventory availability, holidays, and weekends. will not ship certain products into protected areas.

  • It is your responsibility to get the product in your home.  The freight driver can not assemble or help you bring the product into your home or up any stairs.

  • On deliveries over 150 lbs., items will be delivered curbside, meaning right to the end of your driveway.

  • On deliveries under 150 lbs., items will be delivered to the front of your residence.

  • Your shipment leaves our dock in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for damage and incorrect quantity before signing.

  • Any damage to contents should be noted on the bill of lading for a claim against the carrier. Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off limits our liability as well as the freight carrier.

  • Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, and other remote locations can be arranged by calling our customer service department at 385-557-2554. Additional shipping charges will apply.
