Can I Combine Orders or Add Items to My Order?

Unfortunately, we cannot combine or modify any orders once they have been placed.

How Does it Ship?

  • Items under 150lb are shipped Parcel by UPS or FedEx.

  • Items over 150lb are shipped on a pallet by an LTL freight carrier. 

How Does Shipping Work?**

  • Due to a high volume of holiday orders, please expect delays in shipping. We're working hard to get your orders out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Once shipped, most orders will be delivered in 5-7 business days within the Contiguous United States. It may take up to 10 business days, depending on the time of year, weather, and geographic location.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment details, including the freight carrier's name, contact information, and tracking number.

  • Before delivering your order, the freight company will call you to schedule a time for delivery.

  • Destination times vary depending on weather, distance, and accessibility to your city. Some cities, including lower-populated areas, may require additional time because the carrier may have to transfer to a local carrier.

  • Shipping times are only estimated and not guaranteed. Times may fluctuate due to inventory availability, holidays, and weekends. ForceUSA.com will not ship certain products into protected areas.

  • It is your responsibility to get the product in your home.  The freight driver can not assemble or help you bring the product into your home or up any stairs.

  • On deliveries over 150lb, items will be delivered curbside at the end of your driveway.

  • On deliveries under 150lb, items will be delivered to the front of your residence.

  • Your shipment leaves our dock in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for damage and incorrect quantity before signing.

  • Any damage to contents should be noted on the bill of lading for a claim against the carrier. Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off limits our liability and the freight carrier.

  • Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, and other remote locations can be arranged by calling our customer service department at 385-557-2554. Additional shipping charges will apply.
