Our Return Policy

  • All returns must be approved prior to shipping a product back. Contact customer service to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • If you decide to return your item for any reason, you are responsible for return shipping charges and any assembly labor charges you may have elected to purchase. This applies when your order has left our warehouse, even if you have not received shipping information.

  • Any product defect must be recorded within the first 30 days after delivery to be eligible for a replacement unit or refund. Outside of the first 30 days, any issue will be handled in accordance with the product’s warranty.

  • Return shipping charges are based on the actual amount quoted from the freight carrier and may be higher than the flat rate shipping fee you were charged at the time of purchase.

  • Please have your order confirmation email or shipping information ready as you will be required to provide an order number and other information as proof of purchase.

  • In order to receive a refund, all returned products must be in the original packaging on a pallet (if originally shipped on one) and be in new condition. 

  • Return shipping charges are based on the actual amount quoted and may be higher than the flat rate shipping fee you were charged at the time of purchase.

  • If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for all actual shipping and handling costs incurred in both directions.

  • If an order is canceled after it has already been processed, a restocking fee of up to 20% will be assessed.

  • If a package is returned or additional fees are incurred due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping and storage costs incurred.
