We are diligently following guidance and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and providing options to help employees modify how they work, including flex scheduling and remote work wherever possible.

Here are important updates regarding our operations:

Shipping Delays

Thank you in advance for your patience as we all work hard to deliver your order in a timely manner

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates because of a Nationwide shortage of trucks and drivers reported by all national shipping carriers.
  • Further, surges in online orders due to COVID 19 are also contributing to Nationwide delays.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your order.
  • Once the shipping carrier has picked up your order, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. 
  • Shipping timeframes can range from 7-14 business days via third party shipping carriers.
  • Most orders will arrive within 7-10 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation.*
  • Further shipping delays caused by local disruptions are also possible.

    Out of Stock Products

    With gyms shutting down and people wanting to workout in the safety of their own home, demand for our home gym products during the pandemic has far outpaced supply.

    Please remain patient as we continue to ramp up production so that we can restock items as soon as humanly possible under these unprecedented circumstances.

    • Because this is an ever-evolving situation where frequent delays occur due to factors outside our control, a back in stock date will not be posted. 
    • Please do not contact customer service inquiring about back in stock dates or for your location on the waiting list as they DO NOT have that information.
    • Limited quantities are available roughly every 30-45 days and will be available on a first come first served basis to those on the waiting list. 
    • Signing up for a waiting list means you will be alerted by email when any inventory is available and your spot in the waiting list is reached.
    • Due to high demand levels, items may sell out before you’re contacted. Should this occur, you’ll be notified on the next release.
    • We do not accept phone reservations or prepayments for any out of stock products.
    • Due to high demand, all strength training machines are limit one per customer on the website. For bulk order inquiries, call Customer Service.
