Here are important updates regarding our operations:

Shipping Timeframes

Due to unprecedented demand for home gym fitness equipment and social distancing protocols caused by COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in processing orders. Thank you in advance for your patience as we all work hard to deliver your order in a timely manner during this ever-evolving situation.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days to process your order.
  • Shipping times can range from 7-14 business days via our third party freight carriers.
  • Most orders will arrive within 7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation.*
  • Shipping delays caused by local disruptions are possible.

Out of Stock Products

  • Sign up for email notifications on any out of stock items and be alerted whenever inventory returns.
  • We do not accept phone reservations or prepayments for any out of stock products.
  • Please do not call customer service asking what time a product will go back into stock as they do not have that information. 
  • Quantities will be limited and will be available on a first come first served basis when an item returns into stock.
