For plate training purists, you can stay true to your roots. The Half Rack is designed for free-weight exercises using an optional barbell, such as squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. Uprights are made of 2x2 steel with 34 adjustment points and laser etching, making setup a breeze. Pro-grade J-Hooks and Spotter Arms are included for added safety.

Functional Trainer

Smith Machine

Chin-up / Pull-up

Reach new heights with the Chin-up / Pull-up Station. Equipped with a multi-grip chin-up bar that's rated for 771 lbs. Provides diverse hand positions such as classic, hammer, wide, narrow, pronated, and under/overhand grips on a thick, knurled bar for improved grip strength, posture, and stabilizing spinal muscles.

Lat Pulldown

Achieving a stronger, sculpted back has never been more natural. Q: Which Cable-connected bench option should I choose?

The C10 base bench is ideal for most users due to its lighter weight and maneuverability. It has a Leg Curl, Leg Extension, and Preacher Curl station. Alternatively, the Sliding bench is designed for those serious about intensive leg workouts and has all the same versatility as the base bench but adds a Leg Press and Hack Squat station. It is also less maneuverable because it is heavier than the base bench.

Q: What is the minimum ceiling height I need?

To perform a full pull-up with your head above the bar, you'll need a minimum ceiling height of 97 inches.

Q: Are weights, a bench, or a barbell included?

The C10 includes the Functional Trainer and Smith Machine stack weights and a Smith Machine bar. It does not include a bench, barbell, or weight plates. Each is sold separately.

Q: What size weights are compatible with the C10?

The C10 accommodates Olympic plates for the Half Rack and Smith Bar.

Q: What is the strength rating of the Cables?

The functional training cable is a 6.2 mm nylon-coated mil-spec aircraft-quality cable tested to withstand up to 2,000 lb.

Q: What is the cable pulley ratio?

The C10 has a 2:1 cable pulley ratio on the Smith Machine and Functional Trainer, meaning 100 lb loaded equals 50 lb of resistance. You can choose between 1:1 and 2:1 cable pulley ratios on the Lat Pulldown and Low Row stations. For a 1:1 ratio, connect to two of the cable pulley carabiners. For 2:1, connect to one of the carabiners.

Q: What is the shipping weight?

The C10's shipping weight, including boxes, packing materials, and pallet, is approximately 1020 lb. A freight trucking company delivers it in two wooden crates.

Q: What does the Upgrade Kit include?

The compatible G20 Upgrade Kit, sold separately, adds three strength training stations: Jammer Arms, Multi-Grip Dip Handles, and a Leg Developer for Leg Curls and Extensions.

Q: Does it come assembled?
