The Market's Most Compact 6-Pulley Station Cornerstone

C10 All-In-One Trainer

C10 All-In-One Trainer

$4,499

Triple the Cables. Triple the Possibilities.

The original innovators of the All-In-One Trainer just broke the rules—again. We upgraded the standard two-pulley setup with a world-first center cable system and six total pulley connection points, driven by dual 220 lb weight stacks.

The innovation doesn’t stop there. Two 200° swivel pulley trolleys glide at a smooth 2:1 ratio, plus two upper (1:1/2:1) and two lower (1:2/1:1) pulleys deliver true 90° lat pulldowns and low rows. And that’s just the cables. The C10 is also a Power Rack, Smith machine, Suspension Trainer, Landmine, Lat pulldown, Low row, and more. Engineered into a corner-friendly design that doesn’t just fit your space—it defines it.

If that much versatility doesn’t raise your pulse, the optional patent-pending Sliding Bench will. It locks into the lower pulleys to deliver up to 440 lb of resistance for leg presses, hack squats, and cable-connected power moves you’ve never done on an All-In-One before. This is what happens when engineers train—this is the C10.

Frequently Asked Questions

The C10 base bench is ideal for most users due to its lighter weight and maneuverability. It has a Leg Curl, Leg Extension, and Preacher Curl station. Alternatively, the Sliding bench is designed for those serious about intensive leg workouts and has all the same versatility as the base bench but adds a Leg Press and Hack Squat station. It is also less maneuverable because it is heavier than the base bench.

Eight stations. One corner. Done.

"I've owned racks, functional trainers, and cable machines from four different brands over the years. The C10 is the first time I haven't felt like I was compromising somewhere. Power rack, Smith machine, lat pulldown, low row, landmine - all in one footprint. The 200° swivel trolleys are smooth in a way that cheap cable machines just aren't. I do pull-through movements, rotational work, sport-specific patterns - stuff I had to go to a commercial gym for before. Not anymore."

Perfect experience, better than a gym

"The best all-in-one trainer on the market for cost-to-value after an extended research."

Aris (5/5)

Corner gym is a real thing now

"I rent an apartment with a spare room I was barely using. The C10 turned it into a legitimate training space without taking over the room. I can still walk around it, use a mat in front of it, and have a TV on the wall. The corner footprint is not an exaggeration - it genuinely hugs the corner and leaves the rest of the room open. I was skeptical that I'd get everything I needed without a full rack setup taking up the whole space. I was wrong. This thing is the whole setup."

Amazing Machine

"I preferred the C10 for the size footprint with all the capabilities as the others. The machine is solid construction with smooth operation of cables and smith bar. Assembly took me about 10 hours with only one or two issues with instruction manual. The manual has some bolt reference errors which can be easily identified. Cable routing is very difficult to follow so use the online YouTube video. If you are looking to have the all you need gym wrapped in one machine…this is it. I preferred the leg press machine vs the bench. Although if I didn’t have room I’d use the bench option. Been using this equipment for a few months everyday and has been the best investment for my gym area."

Let’s goo!!

"I must say if you are looking for an all in one Force USA did not miss!! I am beyond satisfied! Customer support was very helpful!! Setup is user friendly just take your time and use the video on YouTube as a reference. Solid unit as well as the sliding bench."

Robert H. (5/5)

I hemmed and hawed. I was wrong to.

"Spent three months comparing this to cheaper alternatives. Watched every YouTube review. Read every forum thread. Eventually bought the C10 and immediately felt like an idiot for waiting. The build quality alone justifies the price - this isn't equipment that's going to need replacing in five years. The versatility means I cancelled a gym membership and a separate functional trainer lease I had. It's been almost a year and it still feels tight, smooth, and solid. No regrets. Just buy it."

Brian C. (5/5)

Works for my space - but measure twice before buying

"The C10 itself is great - smooth cables, solid rack, the Smith machine is better than I expected. The three stars is an honest reflection of my experience, not the machine's quality. I didn't measure my ceiling height carefully enough and had to reposition the whole thing to make overhead pressing work. Totally my fault, but worth flagging for anyone in a space with lower ceilings. Once repositioned it fits well and I've been happy with every session since. Just measure everything before it arrives."

Jamie L. (3/5)

Good machine - took longer to feel at home on it than I expected

"Solid build and we use it every day. The reason it's four stars and not five is the learning curve - there are so many attachments and cable configurations that my wife and I spent the first few weeks just figuring it out. Once we did, it clicked. I'd say plan for a month of trial and error before you really hit your stride. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know going in. The kids love the pull-up station, which was a nice bonus we didn't even factor in when buying."

Marcus T. (4/5)

Decent

"This is good quality build has everything just overpriced"

Michael S. (3/5)

So far. . . . . so good!

"I'm very happy with the unit and it's function a couple of months into it. Hoping to get some add ons in the near future. I will say that I don't give 5 stars because the assembly instructions could use a GREAT deal of help!!"
