Force USA Files for US Patent Protection for New Innovative Equipment Featuring the All-New Sliding Bench

Force USA was founded in the early 2000s with the simple purpose of creating innovative strength training equipment at competitive prices. In keeping with this tradition, the company developed the new and innovative C10 All-In-One Trainer System along with the newly developed C10 Sliding Bench.

This innovative, first-of-its-kind product is the ultimate cable-connected 5-in-1 weight bench that combines a sliding leg press and hack squat, preacher curl, leg curl, and leg extension station in a single bench footprint. The Sliding Bench connects the two lower pulleys to the 220 lb weight stacks, transforming the adjustable bench into a dynamic strength training station and eliminating the need to add weight plates to start your workout.

Because Force USA recognizes the value of protecting its inventions, it took, and will continue to take, actions to fully protect its intellectual property. This includes filing a patent application before the product release, filing a Patent Cooperative Treaty (PCT) application, WO 2025/068944, titled “Exercise Bench Capable of Utilizing a Resistance Device of an Exercise Apparatus”, and, more recently, filing an additional application in the United States, which it expects to issue in short order. These applications add to Force USA’s deep intellectual property portfolio and are focused on addressing the needs of consumers.

The demand for this new technology is evident both from Force USA customers as well as from competitive products that have rushed to adopt Force USA’s innovative design components. Once the US application matures into a patent, Force USA will vigorously enforce its rights against all such products.
