How Does it Ship?

• Items under 150 lb are shipped Parcel by UPS or FedEx.

• Items over 150 lb are shipped on a pallet by an LTL freight carrier and delivered curbside.

How Does Shipping Work?**

• Most orders are processed within approximately 24 hours.

• After processing, shipping typically takes 1–2 weeks.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment details, including the freight carrier's name, contact information, and tracking number.

• After shipping, delivery usually takes an additional 1–7 days, depending on your location.

• Before delivering your order, the freight company will call you to schedule a time for delivery.

• Destination times vary depending on weather, distance, and accessibility to your city. Some cities, including lower-populated areas, may require additional time because the carrier may have to transfer to a local carrier.

• Shipping times are only estimated and not guaranteed. Times may fluctuate due to inventory availability, holidays, and weekends. ForceUSA.com will not ship certain products into protected areas.

• It is your responsibility to get the product in your home.  The freight driver can not assemble or help you bring the product into your home or up any stairs.

• On deliveries over 150 lb (LTL Deliveries), items will be delivered curbside at the end of your driveway.

• On deliveries under 150 lb, items will be delivered to the front of your residence.

• Your shipment leaves our dock in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for damage and incorrect quantity before signing.

• Any damage to contents should be noted on the bill of lading for a claim against the carrier. Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off limits our liability and the freight carrier.

• Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and other remote locations can be arranged by calling our customer service department at 800-556-4949. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Our Return Policy

General Return Guidelines

• All returns must be approved in advance. Contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping.
• To be eligible for a refund, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product with your order ID and the reason for the return.
• Refunds are not issued after the return period.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
  
• We do not refund products that were obtained from a source other than forceusa.com. 
• If you decide to return your item for any reason, you are responsible for any assembly labor charges you may have elected to purchase. 
• You are responsible for return shipping charges which will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping charges are based on the actual amount quoted from the freight carrier and may be higher than the flat rate shipping fee you were charged at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping & Packaging Requirements

• All returns must be in their original packaging and secured on a pallet if initially delivered that way.
• Products must be in like new condition.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping and storage costs.

Refund Processing

• Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24-48 hours after processing.

Defective or Damaged Products

• Product defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
• After 30 days, any product issues will be handled under the terms of the product warranty.

Cancellations & Order Refusals

• Once your order has left our warehouse, the order can no longer be canceled, and our return and refund policy will apply. 
• If an order is canceled after processing but before shipment, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
• If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred in both directions.

How to Return a Product

To return any merchandise, please call us Monday through Friday from 9 am-5 pm (MST) at 1 (385) 557-2554 or email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions. 

We stand behind every Force USA product. These warranties only apply to products purchased in the United States and supersede the factory warranty listed in the owner's manual.

The liability of Force USA under this warranty shall be limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product within the warranty period. Force USA warrants each new product to the original purchaser only.

This Force USA warranty covers only failures due to structural, cable, pulley, and workmanship defects when the product is operated under normal conditions and properly maintained. It does not cover damage during transport/delivery, or failure due to misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, alteration, or improper assembly of the product.

The replacement or repair provided under the Force USA warranty is the user's responsibility, and the customer will be responsible for any freight charges. Force USA will not be liable for any consequential damages or breach of any implied warranty on the Force USA fitness equipment range. Force USA reserves the right to provide reconditioned parts and/or to request a return and repair of existing defective parts on the Force USA product.

Home Warranty

Applies to equipment used exclusively in a private indoor home setting by home occupants. Examples include basements, garages, and workout rooms located inside a home, condo, or townhome.

• 1 year (Upholstery & Attachments)

All products come standard with a home warranty. Use of home rated products in commercial settings voids the warranty.

Commercial Warranty

Applies to select equipment used in semi-private or public nonresidential facilities. Monthly fees may or may not be charged. Examples include: commercial gyms, firehouses, hotels, personal training studios, and apartment complexes.
