Big Gains, Tiny Footprint

Finally—serious lower-body power without surrendering half your space. Introducing the world's first 3-in-1 Compact Leg Press & Hack Squat that's a Leg press, hack squat, and calf raise—all in one compact unit. At just 52" wide and 65" deep, it’s built to deliver big results where space is scarce.

With a 700lb weight rating and a sled that starts at 38 lb, this machine is ready for real strength training, not just light reps. The 30-degree incline keeps movement natural and smooth, gliding cleaner than anything in its class. In roughly 90 minutes, it’s bolted together and ready to move weight. You’ll be pressing the very day it arrives.

Eight lockout safety positions give you room to push harder with confidence. Five adjustable footplate angles and four hack pad starting heights let you find the exact stance you need for quads, glutes, or calves. Whether you load it with Olympic or standard plates, the Compact Leg Press & Hack Squat delivers full functionality without wasting an inch of floor space.

No wonder it was awarded “Most Innovative Leg Press” in 2025 by Coop from Garage Gym Reviews!

Finally, a Leg Press That Fits Without Cutting Corners

Why waste money and space on three machines when one does it all? The Force USA Compact Leg Press & Hack Squat combines a leg press, hack squat, and calf raise in a single, space-saving design. Built for real strength training at home, it delivers the power of multiple machines without the cost or footprint.

That power comes from the Compact Leg Press & Hack Squat’s Hover-Glide track, which runs smooth no matter how much weight you stack. The oversized 31.5 x 27.5 in adjustable footplate isn’t just for show—it gives you the freedom to switch stance, angles, and attack different muscles without swapping machines, and it’s built to fit users comfortably from 5 ft 2 in to 6 ft 4 in.

When the load climbs, the details keep you in control. Grip handles lock you in place, the long sleeves keep stacking plates until you say stop, and the 30-degree angled frame stays rock solid under pressure. Dense foam over a solid wood base keeps padding firm and supportive through every press.

Durability seals the deal. The commercial-grade vinyl’s rip-stop backing guards against rips and wear, while the finish shrugs off session after session without looking beat up. This isn’t a space-saver pretending to be serious equipment—it’s serious equipment that just happens to fit where others can’t.

"I wish I could give this 5 stars but I cannot. After a meticulous assembly, the ride was not smooth and similar to finding a glide surface with speed bumps. Contacted Force Usa and they sent a new carriage after quite a bitnof trouble shooting. Installed the new carriage and now it was like riding over rumble strips. Cleaned the wheels and chrome sleeves but no improvement. Force wanted a 15% resocking fee. After some complaining they sent out new chrome rails. The ride has improved but hardly smooth. At this point I will live with a little rumble and move on. Is what it is at this point."

Force USA CLP combo Review: Big Performance in a Compact Footprint

"I’ve been using the Force USA Compact Leg Press Hack squat combo (CLP) for about 5 weeks now, and it has been an outstanding addition to my garage gym. For me, space efficiency is one of the biggest factors when choosing equipment. Every square foot matters, so I prioritize machines that offer versatility instead of taking up space for just one isolation movement. The CLP excels in that regard because it effectively gives you three major lower-body exercises in one compact footprint: hack squats, linear hack press movements that closely mimic a traditional leg press, and standing calf raises, which I personally feel engage much better than seated variations. Despite its compact size compared to larger commercial-style units, the machine feels very smooth and solid during use. One thing to note is that, as you get stronger, this machine can become somewhat of a “plate eater. ” Because of the 30-degree angle, gravity assistance means you’ll likely need to load more weight than expected. That said, I actually think the 30-degree design is one of its biggest advantages. It’s much more forgiving on the knees and lower back compared to steeper-angle leg presses. Many people tend to ego lift and round their lower back on traditional leg press machines, but the angle on the CLP naturally helps reduce that tendency and encourages a safer movement pattern. I did have one minor issue with a roller enclosure early on, but Force USA customer service handled it immediately and sent a replacement with no hassle at all, which says a lot about the company’s support. Another thing I really like is the plate size and foot platform design. There’s enough room to vary foot placement and emphasize different muscle groups, whether you want more quad focus or greater glute engagement. Overall, this machine has been an excellent complement to my multifunctional rack setup. It adds a ton of lower-body hypertrophy volume while still allowing for compound-focused training, all without consuming a huge amount of space. I highly recommend it, especially for garage gym owners trying to maximize versatility and efficiency. Also, definitely check out Garage Gym Reviews and Coop Mitchell’s review video on the CLP. The newer V3 version also appears to address the earlier weld issue on the stopper."

"I have had 3 knee surgeries and stepped away from alot of heavy lifting. This product just in a short amount of time has aloud me not only rehab but strengthen areas that I avoided due to discomfort or causing another possible injury. Hands down a great investment."

Michael (5/5)

High quality machine

"This is a very nice piece of equipment, well designed and made. It has a small footprint for something that handles three exercises. Shipping was fast and the product was well packaged. I would recommend this to anyone"

Michael M. (5/5)

Absolutely love this addition. I

"Absolutely love this addition. I use it daily. Smooth and compact. The only thing i would like is to have a faster way to go between leg press and hack squat. The threaded pins are annoying but solid."

David K. (5/5)

Great Equipment

"The equipment is awesome, but the shipping was horrible. It took almost four months for me to receive it, and when it finally arrived, some boxes were missing, so I had to wait an additional two weeks."

Edmond P. (5/5)

Sturdy but poor design

"This machine is great all the way until you need to adjust anything or change positions! EVERYTHING IS SCREWED PINS!!!!! This is so time consuming and takes away from the workout. I’m not sure why they didn’t make this machine like others that have heavy duty pins or clamps. I wouldn’t have purchased this compact leg press machine for that reason if I knew it was going to be like that. My fault for not paying attention. A very expensive lesson."

Andrea S. (3/5)

You're best option for the size but caveats

"Would recommend over anything in this price point but expect trade-offs. I purchased this from a local distributor and after putting it together noticed a wavy feel due to the tubes not being perfect rounded. I contacted forceusa support and was told to go to the retailer which was disappointing as this was a legit purchase and got the runaround. The footplate and feeling overall is solid, but CS is lacking and makes me second guess and future purchases instead of getting something cheaper off Amazon."

Ryan M. (3/5)

"I like the machime but its not smooth as i had hoped for $1000. 00 machine The glide seat wobbles alot while im using it If Force USA sees this review please help with this issue!"

William (3/5)

Works for me

"Very happy with this piece of equipment. I am 70 years old so I'm not some power lifter and this is a great addition to my home gym. It has great adjustability and I really like the calf raise option."
