The Force USA G12 All-In-One Trainer combines both stack and plate-loaded weights for the ultimate home gym strength training system.
The pin-loaded stack weights are connected to the functional trainer and cable crossover stations from the rear of the structure. Pin loading offers a quick, easy, and safe solution to selecting different weight levels.
Plate weights (sold separately) are used on both the power rack and smith machine stations that can easily be loaded from either side of the weight plate holders located on the rear of the structure.
Perform full-body training or break up your training days to focus on upper-body or lower-body training. Easily switch from split training, circuit training, WOD variations, and supersets to endurance training in seconds.
It even includes built-in storage for an Olympic and Standard barbell, weight plates, and cable attachments to keep your training tidy, organized, and safe.

What’s Different Compared to the G6?
While both the G6 and G12 include stack weights for the resistance of the functional trainer, there are some distinct differences.
1:1 Cable Pulley Ratio
The functional trainer and cable crossover comes with a pulley ratio of 1:1 which means that the weight you load is the true weight you will be lifting. This allows you a heavier weight limit which in turn helps establish a bigger max. Compared to the G6 that features a 2:1 ratio, you can use fewer plates to get the equivalent weight which makes set up, transitions, and tear down much faster and easier.
Counterbalanced Smith Machine
The counter balanced smith machine counteracts the weight of the bar. This means that you’re lifting the true weight of the bumper plates without having to account for the weight of the bar.
Designed to Fit Smaller Workout Spaces
First, the height of the Force USA G12 is slightly shorter than the G6 so it gives you an advantage if you have lower ceiling height. Second, the G12 also wider which means you have more interior workout space inside the rack. Third, it is over a foot shorter in depth which means it doesn’t hang out as far into your workout space.

The Power Rack base includes commercial-grade J-Hooks and Safeties which can be adjusted to virtually any height position you need. Removable rubber barbell protector sleeves protect your barbell knurling and extend the life of your barbell. Constructed of heavy duty gauged rolled steel tubing that is powder coated then clear coated for added durability and longevity.
The Functional Trainer and cable crossovers allow you to perform over 75 different exercises. Includes 6 functional trainer attachments and 2 x 200lb integrated weight stacks located at the back of the unit for the ultimate strength training workout. Features 16 adjustable height positions to perform shoulder, arms, chest, back, core, and leg exercises. Fluid cable movement via commercial grade pulleys and 6.2mm nylon coated mil-spec aircraft quality cables that are tested to 2,000lb. Included band pegs assist with resistance or assistance so you can take your lifting to the next level.
The Smith Machine station includes a fixed barbel that accepts Olympic weight plates up to 772lb. Commercial grade guide rails provide ultra-smooth and natural movement. The Smith Machine is angled for natural body movement to provide a strong and safe workout. Re-rack your Smith Bar with ease into any height position you need. Fitted with safe lock and release mechanisms and a safety catch allowing you to max out your training without the need for a spotter.
Vertical Leg Press
Force USA offers the only Functional Trainer of its kind to include a leg press attachment that you can use either on a bench or when in use on the floor.
Ergonomically designed Multi-Grip Chin Up and Pull Up station with a massive 772lb weight rating. Knurled grip positions include wide-grip, close grip, underhand, overhand and a variety of other varied movements.
The Multi-Grip Dip Handle attachments provide different width options for you to choose from. Conveniently adjusts vertically on the power rack and accepts weight belts or resistance bands.

Q: Does it come with a bench or a barbell?
No, it doesn't. Benches and barbells are available for purchase separately on this website.
Q: Does it come with weights?
Yes, it includes 2 x 200lb weight stacks for the functional trainer. However, the smith machine requires additional bumper plates available for purchase separately on this website.
Q: What size weights fit this unit?
This unit uses Olympic plates.
Q: Does the Leg Press attachment come with it?
Yes, it does.
Q: What is the cable rating?
The functional training cable is rated at 2,000 lbs.
Q: Can I do lat pulldowns on the G12?
Yes, you can. This unit includes a knee holder attachment and a lat pulldown bar.
Q: Can I attach the weight stack to the smith machine?
No, you can't. The Smith machine has two Olympic sized sleeves where you will load your own plates.
Q: Are the cable crossovers far enough apart to work your chest effectively during flyes?
The pulley uprights are 48" inches apart. The pulleys freely rotate on the uprights so if you stand outside of the cage you can effectively start your flyes at a wider angle as needed.
Q: What is the shipping weight?
The shipping weight of the G12—including boxes, packing materials and pallet—is approximately 1020 lbs. It is delivered in two wood crates by a freight trucking company.
Q: Can I do squats using the spotter arms or the smith machine?
Yes, you can use both. You can squat with your own barbell using the J-Hooks and Spotter Arms outside of the rack. You can also use the safety hooks and stoppers that are built into the Smith Machine.
Q: What is the pulley ratio?
The pulley ratio is 1:1. This means if you have 100 lbs loaded the resistance is 100 lbs.
Q: What is the minimum ceiling height I need?
The minimum ceiling height to be able to do a full pull up with your head above the bar is 8' 3".
Q: Are you going to produce Jammer Arms for the G12?
Yes, they will be available later this year.
Q: Does it come assembled?
No, this unit requires assembly. All necessary tools and instructions are included in the box. In addition, we offer a third-party professional assembly service option at the top of this page that will set up the base unit—so you don't have to!
