The Power Rack forms the foundation of the Force USA G3 All-In-One strength training system. Built from heavy-duty gauged rolled steel tubing that is powder coated and then clear-coated for added durability and longevity. Westside hole spacing allows the J-Hooks to move up and down 62 adjustment points on the upright for bench presses, squats, and more. Commercial-grade J-Hooks and Safeties help keep you safe while you push yourself to your limits.
Functional movement training provides various benefits, including improved coordination, mobility, aerobic capacity, and lean muscle mass. The functional trainer station utilizes a dual cable pulley system attached to adjustable plate weight holders for precision resistance training. Includes 16 adjustable height positions that allow a full-body workout to isolate and target your shoulders, arms, chest, back, core, and legs. The 2,000-pound rated aircraft quality cables deliver a smooth, natural feel using a 2:1 cable pulley ratio. The G3 includes 14 functional attachments, including a pair of nylon handles, a tricep rope, a long straight bar, and a short straight bar.
A smith machine is one of the most underrated pieces of gym equipment you can own for solo strength training. Positioned within the Power Rack, the Smith Machine station includes a fixed knurled barbell that accepts Olympic weight plates up to 772 lb. A smith machine facilitates a wide variety of strength training exercises, including presses, pulls, squats, deadlifts, rows, lunges, and more. Quad-bearing rollers with commercial-grade rails provide smooth and natural movement that you can rack on 12 height adjustment points. Built-in safe-lock and release mechanisms with safety catches so you can max out your training load safely during solo workouts. Want to add resistance to your squats, lifts, or presses? The band pegs (4 included) attach to the power rack to add resistance or assistance.
The chin-up station is one of the most important and helps improve grip strength, posture, and muscles that stabilize the spine. Chin-ups work your biceps and back, while pull-ups target your back more than the biceps. Our multi-grip chin-up bar—rated to 771 lb—offers a variety of hand positions to help you isolate and target the muscles you want to develop. Choose from the classic grip, hammer grip, wide grip, narrow grip, pronated grip, and underhand or overhand grips on a thick knurled bar. 771 lb weight rating.
The suspension trainer station provides a wide range of exercises, including core strength, stability, and muscular endurance, with one piece of equipment. Features a dedicated suspension trainer stirrup station that grants access to over 50 exercises, including inverted rows, push-ups, and more. Compatible with resistance band packages from Force USA, TRX®, and others (sold separately).
The landmine is the ultimate core trainer. Through rotational torso training, landmine training helps build upper body strength, increase muscle mass, and improve balance and stability. The G3 landmine attachment attaches to the right side of the Power Rack. Getting started is easy. Insert one end of your barbell into the core trainer attachment, then add the handle on the open end of the barbell to begin.
Leg Press (Optional)
Effectively develop your hamstrings and glutes! The optional G3 Leg Press attachment converts the Smith Machine barbell into a Vertical Leg Press station. The extra wide 15.5" x 35.5" Footplate features diamond-plated steel and black powder coating for added slip resistance. Connects to the 12 height adjustment racking points on the upright so you can easily find the perfect starting and ending racking position. Train whichever way works best for you. You can either lie on your back on the floor or on a bench. Finished with a high-grade environmentally friendly black powder coating for added durability.
Lat Pull-down (Optional)
The upgradeable multi-grip lat pulldown bar, knee holder, and seat attachment help target and strengthen your back muscles for better posture and spinal stability. The lat pulldown handle and seat with knee holder both attach to the front of the rack on either upright and works in conjunction with the dual cable pulley system.
Jammer Arms (Optional)
Perform Bench Presses, Shoulder Presses, and other explosive work with the new Jammer Arm attachment. Finished with a high-grade environmentally friendly black powder coating for added durability.

Q: What all comes with the Force USA G3?

Q: How does the G3 compare to the G9?
The Force USA G9 includes attachments like the Leg Press, Dip Station, Low Row, and Suspension Trainer. In addition, the pulley ratio is a 1:1 ratio which means that if you have 100 lbs loaded the resistance is 100 lbs. The G3 is 2:1 which means that if you have 100 lbs loaded the resistance is 50 lbs.
Q: What size weights fit this unit?
The barbell accepts only Olympic plates and the pulley system accommodates either standard or Olympic plates.
Q: Do the MyRack Attachments work with the G3?
Only the landmine and band pegs are compatible, however, the G3 already comes with them and do not need to be purchased separately. For a complete list of compatible attachments, visit the G3 attachments page in the navigation.
Q: Does the Leg Press come with the G3?
No, however, this attachment can be purchased separately from the G3 attachments page.
Q: Does it come with weights, bench, or a barbell?
No, these are all available for purchase separately on this website.
Q: Are the westside spacing holes numbered?
Yes, there are 50 different numbered adjustment points for you to choose from that make it simple and easy to align matching attachments on each upright.
Q: Are the cable crossovers far enough apart to really let you to work your chest effectively during flies?
The pulley uprights are 48 inches apart. The pulleys freely rotate on the uprights so if you stand outside of the cage you can effectively start your flies at a wider angle as needed.
Q: What is the shipping weight?
The shipping weight of the G3 plus boxes, packing materials and pallet is approximately 370 lbs.
Q: Does the G3 give me the option of doing squats with spotter arms and also with smith machine?
Yes, you can squat with your own barbell using the J-Hooks and Spotter Arms outside of the rack or you can use the safety option that is built into the Smith Machine.
Q: What is the minimum ceiling height I need?
The minimum ceiling height to be able to do a full pull up with your head above the bar is 8' 4".
Q: Are you going to produce Jammer Arms for the G3?
Yes, they are available in an upgrade kit abive.
Q: Does it come assembled?
No, this unit requires assembly. All necessary tools and instructions are included in the box. In addition, we offer a third-party professional assembly service option at the top of this page that will set up the base unit—so you don't have to!
Q: Am I tall enough to use this trainer?
The recommended maximum height of a user is 7' 1".
