Smooth and natural motion comes from our dual cable pulley system featuring a 1:1 pulley ratio that connects to 289 lb weight stacks using high tensile aircraft grade cables (2,000 lb rating). 992 lb weight capacity Smith Machine with commercial-grade guide rails provide ultra-smooth movement. Fitted with safe lock and release and a safety catch along 14 racking positions so you can max out your training without needing a spotter. High storage lock-off point to put the Smith Bar out of the way when using the internal area of the rack.
With the oversized vertical leg press plate attachment, you’ll be looking forward to your next leg day. Designed with a slip prevention surface and a black powder-coated finish, the leg press attachment makes use of the Smith Machine's 14 starting heights and built-in safety stoppers for a safe workout.
Chin-up / Pull-up
Three chin-up bars allow for multiple users at the same time. The Multi-Grip Chin Up Station attaches to the front of the rack providing different width and grip options for you to choose from. Both sides of the rack feature Globe Multi-Grip chin-up bars. These ergonomically designed bars allow you to perform pull-ups, chin-ups, wide grip pull-ups, neutral grip pull-ups, and angled pull-ups.

Q: Does the G20 come with a bench or a barbell?
The G20 comes with an integrated smith machine bar. Benches and barbells are available for purchase separately on this website.
Q: Does it come with weights?
Yes, it includes 2 x 289-pound weight stacks for the functional trainer. However, the smith machine requires Olympic bumper plates, available for purchase on this website separately.
Q: What size weights fit this unit?
The G20 accommodates Olympic plates on the smith machine. However, the weight storage pegs can accommodate both standard and Olympic plates. Olympic weight plates are available for purchase on this website separately.
Q: Does the Leg Press attachment come with it?
Yes, the leg press attachment comes in the box. Plus, it also transforms into a low-row footpad.
Q: What is the cable rating?
The functional training cable is aircraft quality and has been tested to 2,000 pounds.
Q: Can I do lat pulldowns on the G20?
Yes, you can! The G20 includes a knee holder attachment and a lat pulldown bar in the box that you can set up and begin using in seconds.
Q: Can I attach the weight stack to the smith machine?
Unfortunately, no, you can't. The Smith Machine has two Olympic-sized sleeves where you load your plates or bumpers.
Q: Are the cable crossovers far enough apart to work your chest effectively during flyes?
The pulley uprights are 47" inches apart. The pulleys freely rotate on the uprights, so if you stand outside of the cage, you can effectively start your flyes at a wider angle as needed.
Q: What is the shipping weight?
The shipping weight of the G20—including boxes, packing materials, and pallet—is approximately 1,525 pounds. It is delivered in 4 wooden crates by a freight trucking company.
Q: Can I do squats using the spotter arms or the smith machine?
Yes, you can squat with your barbell using the J-Hooks and Spotter Arms on the front of the rack or using the safety hooks and stoppers built into the Smith Machine.
Q: What is the pulley ratio?
The pulley ratio is 1:1, meaning if you have 100 pounds loaded, the resistance is 100 pounds.
Q: What is the minimum ceiling height I need?
The minimum ceiling height to do a full pull-up with your head above the bar is 8' 2".
Q: Does it come assembled?
No, this unit requires assembly. All necessary tools and instructions are in the box. In addition, at the top of this page we offer a third-party professional assembly service option that will set up the base unit—so you don't have to!
Q: Should I wait to buy the Lat Row upgrade?
We strongly recommend purchasing them simultaneously and setting up the Lat Row upgrade first for the best fit. If you decide to wait to buy the Lat Row upgrade, leave roughly 3 feet from the back of the wall to provide enough space to install the Lat Row attachment on the back of the G20 base unit.
